硫化干燥床
主要特點：
l 硫化干燥床是預發泡機的配套設備，采用高壓風機和熱交換器形成的熱風幕，對預發出來的EPS珠粒進行透析。
l 改善了預發珠粒在成型過程中的進一步膨脹性、珠粒間溶解性及珠粒的彈性，有利于提高EPS制品的質量。
l 與間歇式預發泡機配套的硫化干燥床內的溫度達到75℃，并采用振動篩分、塊料粉碎和風機輸送等裝置。
l The vulcanized drying bed is the corollary equipment of the pre-expander. With high pressure fan and heat exchanger to form hot air curtain in the vulcanized drying bed, EPS material can be dialysis.
l The machine improve the EPS material in the forming process further expansion, solubility and elasticity, that is helpful to improve the quality of EPS products.
l Vulcanized drying bed can up to 75 ℃ inside , and uses the vibrating screen points, such as piece of crushing and fan feeding device.
